Reservations & Cancellations

• Deposit of half the stay required for reservation.
• Cancellation: Nightly/weekly full refund with a 72hr notice. Less than 72hrs 1 night Fee. Monthly cancellation fee is $100.
• Refund: if you pay a monthly rate and have to leave early, the rates will fall back to the weekly and nightly rates and we will refund the difference.
• Holiday Cancellation & Refunds: must be canceled 7 days prior to arrival or 50% fee charged for reservation
• We offer a 5% discount to military, first responders, and traveling workers to our local area.
• Checkout time is 11:00 am. Check in 1:00pm. Fee may be assessed for early arrival. 
• Hours: Monday-Friday 9-4
• Lot Sizes: 50X21

Safety Guidelines

• Campsites should be clean and neat, free of fire hazards and clutter.
• Must take trash to on-site dumpsters. Please keep all sites clean and do not leave trash out at night.
• Customers shall not make any alteration to the electric, water or sewer connections provided by the campground/resort.
• Customers should be able to move your rig very quickly in case of emergency.
• No extra air conditioners, wires, hoses, or cords are allowed except through the OEM port.
• Clotheslines, outside refrigerators/freezers, porches, decks, space heaters, and tents are not permitted.
• Firearms - no discharging firearms, must follow all state laws

General

• Occupancy-includes 2 adults and 2 children (age 13 and under). Extra adult fee is $5 day per adult (14 and above) and $3 per child (13 and under) for daily/weekly sites. Monthly sites-$50 per adult and $25 per child. Maximum occupancy is 6 per site. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Quiet hours 10pm-8am
• Guests shall NOT provide their gate pin code to any other person.
• There is potential for tornadic activity and extreme weather year round.  You must stay weather aware at all times!
• Amenities: Dog park, community firepits with grill tops, separate men and women's bathhouses, laundry facility, wi-fi and cable.  

Cars, Parking & Storage

• We offer a storage parking area for RVs, boats, equipment, etc.  Please inquire with office staff for rates.  
• Vehicles: 1 vehicle per site.  No parking on the road. All vehicles are required to register at the office for security purposes.
• Speed Limit: 5mph at all times. No 4 wheelers.  All golf carts must be operated by a driver with a valid driver’s license.
• Parking: no parking on the roadway or vacant sites. 1 vehicle per site allowed. All others must park in visitor parking. Every vehicle must have a parking pass. No utility trailers allowed at your site. 
• No washing RV or car in the RV park

Pets

• All pets must be on a leash unless inside the dog park area. All pets must be accompanied by owners, no staking or leaving them unattended. Pet droppings must be cleaned up immediately. No aggressive animals. No excessive barking. Pets cannot be caged, fenced or tied up outside.

Damage

• All facilities are used at your own risk. Management will not be responsible for any damage, injury or loss by accident, theft, fire or natural disaster.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any person if your RV is not in good condition or appearance.
